The white elephant with whom the whole Anml Style story writing began is seen here, back-flipping through a liminal space prior to his next incarnation in the Anml 026 NFT with moonly Anml Yield 🌝.

Good Rising, Animals! 🌞

Elephants are beautiful, fascinating creatures, aren’t they? While I may have begun straight out the gates drawing elephants like I was mad at them for personifying the GOP party symbol many years ago, I quickly began recognizing some of the elephant’s more timeless symbolic qualities and associations. Ganesha, as the remover of obstacles in Hindu culture for example.

And I like to believe that at least one obstacle in my life has been removed ❤️…

It was a bit of a surprising delight to see how my unconscious guided me to draw an elephant backflipping in a liminal space that started to feel like an inspiration from Dumbo’s dream in the original Disney flick. Perhaps an important reference point for Animal Style ; ) But more importantly — bringing me back to the character that really was the starting point of inspiration for the collection of writings I’m now calling ‘Animal Style: Oink’d 2024’. I wanted to tell the story of an elephant who would become a wise and fantastic figure through the fires of transformation. And I knew from the beginning that I wanted to follow this character through more than one lifetime, exploring the concept of reincarnation by writing a story about it. More of that story is looking to land in your inbox fairly soon. This elephant is the lead in the next chapter to be released from this evolving story, so I thought it quite appropriate that he started appearing in my my Procreate iPad app once again, back-flipping through obstacles ; )

Backflips at Defy!

Screenshot from Defy website ; ) Sorry, didn’t have my phone on me while backflipping with the kiddos!

Meanwhile, in Real Life — Every once in a while, an old animal can learn a new trick, especially when some divine inspiration comes rearing ; )

We had my son’s 7th birthday party on Saturday over at Defy — which is pretty much a super-hero training ground full of trampoline’s swings, and obstacle courses with soft landings : ) All the kids had loads of fun, and so did this dad : ) ❤️. Super hero training like this didn’t exist when I was a kid!

In all my years of trampoline jumping, I never got over the fear of flipping backwards. I finally put that one to rest!

What a load off! I was finally able to throw my legs up over my head and shoulders without fear! Probably nothing, right? 😉

Well, now I’m at least inspired to see how many new tricks I can learn! Maybe I can continue to at least get out of my own way, and let love and abundance flow? 🤔 🌊

Have a fantastic week, everybody. 💫 Godspeed on all your own ‘letting goes’ of the old earth paradigm. Getting rid of all this programming is going to take some time, huh?

I often wish transformation would happen faster ⚡️, however I keep being told by wise folks that I’m right where I’m supposed to be at this time. What a nice thought! 🥰

ps. We are targeting an April release of the 0.1 Anml Style Whitepaper. I look forward to getting that out to you all to you all when it’s ready to dive in. I do believe it will outline a duplicatable, scalable model for galleries and curators to operate in the burgeoning paradigm that permanent receipts on transparent ledgers is bringing about.
