Ghouls and Champions among us

And disturbing truth 'hidden' in Disney entertainment programming. But is it really hiding anymore?

Another day under the sun, another opportunity to live our best, most authentic lives, huh? It’s worth a shot, at least, right?

This particular drawing above did take several seated sessions to finish. This concept was inspired during our recent Anml Style DAO Twitter spaces discussion. One of our community members (Juana! 🙏) brought up the truth revealed in Monster’s Inc. And I realized there had to be an NFT about it. You can read a few more hints about it minted NFT page here. I gave it a short cinematic soundtrack and character voiceover. Are the dots connecting?

The bulk of the work on this Anml 032 NFT was done at a local coffee shop, and it seems worth noting to you all that I had the delightful opportunity to put down my Apple pencil as I was about 3/4 through this drawing to meet a REALLY cool dude who happened to be in the coffee shop, and was curious what I was up to on my iPad ; )

What do you do when a champion SUPER BOWL MVP looks at you, says hi, and gives you a nod? It was a surreal moment, but I was blessed with a few moments to chat with a true champion who has stood for freedom, and suffered the cost of ‘cancellation’. I don’t know what comes next for the champion Packers quarterback, Aaron Rodgers — but he is a kind and thoughtful dude who I feel blessed to have met.

It felt like a positive omen for sure, and it made me realize how deeply I desire to spend more time with real winners. People willing to do the right thing, especially when it’s difficult. People who believe in themselves, are team players, and are ready to rock and roll to change culture for the better. It’s quite a deep longing in me.

So I’m looking for more real players to join forces with! Know anyone?

I appreciate all the support I can get. I need more of it. Building a ‘decentralized’ Disney is bear of a task that will need tons of brilliant creative brains and collectors who value our work.
